Storage Application Process
1. Property Viewing
a. All Applications and Leases are done quick and easy threw email.
b. Prospective tenants are recommended to physically visit the exterior of the property before submitting a rental application.
c. A 6 month minimum lease is required. Sorry, We do not do short term storage.
2 . Submit Rental Application
a. Submit your email for an application to be sent to you.
b. The information in the Application will be used for the lease agreement.
Applications are processed on a first-come first-served basis.
3 . Approval and Next Steps
a. You will be able to pay on the online app.
b. The gate code will be sent to you
